Industrial Intrusion

Industrial Intrusion was my second ever level project completed in Unreal. The map was an experiment with level design, puzzle design, and unique gameplay mechanics; specifically, the player must solve puzzles using a toolgun and a satellite laser that fires from a fixed position in the sky. The laser can be aimed by pressing right-click, to which the laser will turn and destroy objects of certain material. The puzzles are built around the abilities of each mechanic. The toolgun can break weak objects but has limited range and cannot shoot through glass. The laser can destroy metal objects and shoot through glass, but is blocked by the environment.
The entire project was built and programmed by myself using Unreal engine 4.26 and Epic games store assets for textures/visuals.
